* RETURNS & EXCHANGES *
- Because all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do, however, allow for an exchange if your item is the wrong size, defective, or damaged upon receipt. In the event that you'd like to exchange your item due to wrong sizing or damage upon receipt, please contact us through Bandcamp or www.thelovedimension.com as soon as possible (limit is 15 days after item is delivered) with your email address provided. We will send a copy of our exchange protocol to your email address which you can fill out and include with the return package.
- We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package. Please note, though we do our best to get exchanges out as fast as possible, new sales must take priority so there may be a slight delay in receiving your new item. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
